Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our service, orders are considered final as soon as they are placed. That said, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to cancel an order, please e-mail us at sayhello@Foozy.in.

If your cancellation does get approved from our end, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will give you credit worth the cancellation amount, which you are free to use to place an order with us within 30 days of the cancellation.

Return Policy

All of our meals are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a meal for any reason, please contact us within seven (7) days after delivery, and we will either replace the meal or credit you the purchase price for that meal.
